We ship within 3 business days of your purchase. If you need a rushed shipment please contact us at your earliest convenience.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days. Please have your invoice number available. Please note the following:

• • wakeless.studio reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
• • Once you receive a return label you may return unused items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
• • Merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
• • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
• • Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
• • Special orders may not be returned.
• • Due to the nature of the product, any personalized items may not be returned nor will a refund be issued. If there is an issue with product we will certainly work with you to fix the issue to the best of our ability.
• • Due to the nature of the product, replacements cannot be guaranteed.
